Renetik Music Apps - Privacy Policy
Last updated: 7 October 2026.
1. Overview
Renetik Music Apps are developed and maintained by René Doháň (Renetik Software) and distributed through Google Play and other app stores. Most content is stored locally; online services process the data described below.
2. Data Stored on Your Device
Your presets, samples, recordings, settings and generation prompt history are stored locally. Using online features also sends selected content to the services below. Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes local copies; it does not delete your server account or data already sent to those services.
3. AI Generation and Temporary Audio
When you request an AI note sequence, or AI audio or sound effects in an app that offers them, your prompt and generation settings (such as tempo, key, scale, length and style) are sent to our Google Cloud/Firebase backend and to DeepSeek (note sequences) or ElevenLabs (audio and sound effects).
If an available AI audio editing or extension feature asks you to upload audio, only the audio you submit is sent to our backend and ElevenLabs. Local recordings and samples are not uploaded simply because you create or import them.
Generated audio is normally available for download for one hour after it is ready. Server copies are scheduled for deletion when the app confirms import or the download period expires. Submitted audio uploads are scheduled for deletion after the action finishes; unused uploads expire after one hour. Cleanup runs periodically and retries failures, so physical deletion may happen later than expiry. Upload metadata is kept for seven days after the upload is deleted.
Prompt retention
Server generation records associate prompts with an internal account id to run and diagnose generation. Automatic deletion eligibility is:
| Copy | Eligible for deletion |
|---|---|
| Audio generation records | 7 days after generation finishes |
| Preset generation records | 3 hours after generation finishes |
| Provider request debug records | 24 hours after capture, only while prompt debugging is enabled |
Firestore normally deletes eligible records within a further day, but delays are possible. These are automatic expiry schedules, not guaranteed maximum storage periods.
ElevenLabs and DeepSeek keep what they receive under their own terms and on their own schedules, which we do not control and which these deletion windows do not cover. Read their policies: ElevenLabs and DeepSeek.
4. Account Data
You do not need to provide an email address or sign in with Google to use the local music tools. The app creates a temporary anonymous Firebase account with an internal account id for its online services. You can link a Google account or an email address and password to protect your credits across reinstalls.
Firebase Authentication stores the account identifier and, when you link a sign-in method, your email address and any profile information supplied by Google, such as your name or profile image. Our credit and generation records reference your internal account id and the app you use. Google hosting and authentication services also process request and security metadata, including IP addresses, to operate the services and prevent abuse.
5. Purchases
Generation credit purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive your card details. Our server keeps product ids, order ids, purchase tokens and account ids with the credit ledger to deliver credits and handle refunds and disputes. Purchase and credit records have no automatic expiry; deletion requests and necessary accounting retention are described in section 8.
App stores process downloads and purchases under their own policies: Google, Huawei and Amazon.
6. Crash Reports and Support Requests
Released builds use Firebase Crashlytics and related Firebase services to collect crash logs, device and app metadata, installation identifiers and session statistics for reliability. These services have their own retention schedules. Firebase Analytics is not included.
When you choose to send a support report, your message, email address, any image you attach and device information (including model, Android and app versions, locale and time zone) are sent through our server and emailed to the developer. Support correspondence is retained to handle your request and has no automatic expiry.
Read Firebase's privacy information for Google's handling of authentication, diagnostics and hosting data.
7. Security and Vulnerability Reporting
Please report security issues or unintended behavior through the contact form at renetik.com/app/ or email us at the address below. Data sent between the app, our backend and Firebase travels over encrypted HTTPS connections.
8. Deleting Your Data
Clearing the app's data or uninstalling it removes local copies. Server prompts and temporary audio follow the expiry schedules above; uninstalling does not request account deletion.
You can request deletion of your account and the data held with it by emailing renetik.instruments@gmail.com or using the contact form at renetik.com/app/. Include the app name and the account id shown in Account settings so we can identify your data and verify ownership. A Firebase sign-in identity can be shared across Renetik apps; tell us which apps your request covers.
Requests are handled manually: we delete the account and associated data within the confirmed scope, and request deletion by service providers where applicable. Purchase and credit accounting records may be kept where needed for financial accounting, refunds and fraud or dispute handling. We will tell you what is kept and why.
