Rcherz Scoring

I separated competition scoring from the main Rcherz app and built remote commands, polling, push delivery, Wi-Fi handling, and device safeguards for unreliable outdoor event conditions.

• Protection against closing the app during scoring.
• Backend commands for loading archers and starting, stopping, or clearing devices.
