Problem

A startup needed to turn evolving requirements and an early prototype into a secure multi-tenant SaaS that coordinates external financial services and reliable background automations.

My Contribution

I own end-to-end delivery across product specification, frontend, APIs, domain logic, cloud infrastructure, asynchronous runtimes, and release readiness. I use AI-assisted development to accelerate research and implementation while retaining direct responsibility for architecture, security, review, and validation.

Technical Work

  • Built a React and TypeScript workspace application covering onboarding, account security, automation configuration, dashboards, logs, transactions, exports, support, notifications, and billing.
  • Designed AWS infrastructure and services with SST/CDK, Cognito, DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, S3, CloudFront, CloudWatch, and a fixed-egress runtime for protected third-party integrations.
  • Implemented deterministic scheduled and continuous automation flows with queue orchestration, idempotency, retries, failure recovery, secret isolation, and auditable state transitions.
  • Added subscription entitlements, webhook processing, customer notifications, sanitized operational support, structured logging, alerting, and operator diagnostics.
  • Developed from traceable specifications and acceptance criteria, backed by unit, integration, end-to-end, UI-regression, and deployed smoke tests.

Outcome

The core product milestones are implemented and the platform is in pre-release validation. Product identity, integration partners, URLs, media, and launch outcomes remain private until release.

Highlights

End-to-end ownership of a multi-tenant SaaS across product, frontend, backend, cloud infrastructure, and operations.
Security and reliability engineering for money-adjacent workflows and external service integrations.
AI-assisted delivery governed by explicit specifications, code review, automated tests, and deployment verification.
